#HealthyRituals 16-Day Yoga Challenge
To date, Key To The Cure has raised more than $1,000,000 to further breast, ovarian, uterine and cervical cancer research and related projects in the Sarasota/Manatee community. All of the proceeds raised from the event will stay right here in Sarasota County and will go directly to Sarasota Memorial Health Care System (SMHCS) through the Sarasota Memorial Healthcare Foundation. Proceeds are earmarked for SMHCS Cancer Care Programs and will continue to benefit the prevention and treatment of women’s cancers, with funds slated for state-of-the-art technological and surgical approaches as well as genetic education and testing.
BuddhiBox has named Circuelle Foundation as the October non-profit of the month. A portion of the proceeds from the monthly subscription box sales will go directly to promoting Circuelle Foundation's breat health education mission.
Wine, Women & Shoes Sarasota is a benefit for Forty Carrots Family Center. All proceeds fund parenting education classes in Sarasota and Manatee County area. Guided by the belief that the family is the foundation of our society, Forty Carrots Family Center is a nonprofit organization serving Sarasota & Manatee Counties of Florida dedicated to strengthening families through educational programs for parents, children, and professionals in the field. Forty Carrots has four components:
- A Comprehensive Parenting Center
- A Nationally Accredited Preschool
- A community outreach Parenting Education Program
Sarasota Memorial Healthcare Foundation Golf Tournament
The Sarasota Memorial Healthcare Foundation Golf Tournament has raised $8,500 for Sarasota Memorial Healthcare Foundation, earmarked for the Breast & Prostate Cancer Programs at SMHCS. Alex Quarles, CEO, President & Trustee of Sarasota Memorial Healthcare Foundation remarked “caring groups such as these are the lifeblood of many an organization.
