Circuelle Foundation Supports the EARLY Act Law
Circuelle Foundation is glad to hear the Breast Health Education EARLY Act (Education and AwarenessRequires Learning Young Act) was reauthorized, enrolled as a bill, and became a law on December 18, 2014.
This law is an opportunity to have a great impact on millions of women’s health and future generations of health as well! The EARLY Act supports (1) campaigns to educate the public and healthcare professionals about young women’s breast health, (2) research into prevention of breast cancer in young women, and (3) support for young women with breast cancer.
WHAT IS YOUR PASSION? OURS IS BREAST HEALTH
This bill was originally signed in 2010 and helped identify a missing element of education between young women and the level of education about breast health. The bill was introduced for reauthorization by House of Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) and Renee Ellmers (R-NC) and ensures funding to continue successful breast health and awareness programs. The bill went to President Barack Obama and was enacted to become law in December 2014.
Circuelle Foundation is passionate about educating young women to embrace healthy breast awareness rituals. We want to help educate early, so it becomes a natural way of thinking! We are organizing and funding breast self-exam programs in schools and colleges nationwide. We believe if taught early, we can change the way women view their breast health and to be educated about many facets of breast awareness. It can be viewed as a “Beautiful Awareness”.
